A classic case of FRAUD. Good going? Keep it up! Fleece the consumer, and fill in your pockets. That's what VSNL is all about, and I'm sure under the TATA - recently acquired UN-Reliable brand you must have met your target also? BRILLIANT! No wonder, your own Sales Head, Mr. Baljeet Ghumman, states as under: 1. 16-01-06 " Ma'am, u can take my word, VSNL, once installed will give you a very good experience, and if not, I'll refund all your money, No issues?" 2. 16-01-06 " I promise, your connection will be up by tonight? We work until 10:00pm?" 3. 16-01-06 @ 17:08pm " Madam, no-one has come to your premises till now? Surprising, I'll try to get it done latest by tomorrow evening?" 4. 16-01-06 @ 17:20pm " Kavitaji, you are unnecessarily dragging it...? Imagine, how can we comply to you in time" 5. And now, the latest, CC states, "Actually, Ma'am we aren't processing new orders for Lajpat Nagar, because, of the Underpass that is being constructed?" - isn't she intelligent? btw my CAF No.: is 690159 dated 06/01/06. & if so was the case, wasnt your Dealer Move&Talk AWARE of this? Or is there more to it, like the last time, VSNL sacked the entire team of sales, for similar reasons'?? 6. 17-01-06 " My supervisor's name is Hitender Kumar, and number 9212175102 7. 17-01-06 @ 13:10pm to 13:40pm, dialled Hitender Kumar's number, rings till 7-8 rings, and then he Promptly Disconnects. 8. What more can a customer ask for? By any chance, any one of you have a Delhi/UP/ Bihar Police ascendant? Just asking, historically, only these two Institutions in the entire world, are known to be Bureacratic and High-Handed, just like you all, at VSNL TATA? So, how, about refunding me my money, full amount, along with compensation of Rs. 3000/- spent in chasing you and your dealers from pillar to post, and getting BEATEN too in the bargain, all to your entertainment, hmm..Falling on deaf ears.?
Now, I give you time untill 17:00hrs today, to refund FULL amount, that is Rs 2149/ + Rs.3000/ = Rs.5149/ cash down, IMMEDIATELY
Hope you understand this much? Hmm!...I'm sure, U are all very intelligent, so what, if u are lethargic? It's all in your system.
_____ As if the Harassment meted out to me as a TATA Indicom Walky Postpaid ON-TIME Payer, Gold Customer, as they state, as if this wasn't enough, I was put through a most harrowing experience, deatiled below:
Yet, I made the mistake of taking a TATA VSNL PrePaid Broadband Connection, that was offered to me, by the SAME Dealer under Scheme of Rs 500/ + Service Tax =unlimited Time/Download. including set-up of inter-connectivity between two computers, that I have.
I was promised as follows: 1. Unlimited Usage and Unlimited Download @ speed 64kbps 1:1 direct port 2. Installation by 12 January, 2006. 3. Installation and inter-connectivity between two computers, fixed, programmed and in running condition, undertaking by Move&Talk. 4. In case of change of address, charges of extra Rs.250/- within Lajpat Nagar. My VOC to TATA VSNL: 1. Staff at TATA as a whole need to be more Proactive and NOT Reactive & defensive, in nature. You cannot yell at the customer who is already irated, thanks to your own self inflicted failures. 2. And all except Pralhad at VSNL Helpline, SEVERE ACTION should be taken against, all those who messed up, with my account, from the time of taking the cheque. From the Dealer to all your Helpline to Amit Singh (who thinks himself to be larger than life?) 3. Compensate me for All my calls to VSNL Helpline (paid service) immediately, along 6 days of harassment, till date, including my tata walky internet usage, that I had to use, coz of your failure to deliver on-time.
My woes began as follows: 1. I paid a chq amt of Rs 2149 (Advance for 3mth Prepaid incldg Service Tax, plus installation charges), dated 06/01/06, Chq No. 044244, drawn on Canara Bank, favoring VSNL Broadband Connection, My CAF No: 690159 2. I was promised installation initially, by 12th January, from one NARESH 55501134, from VSNL, stating it'll be installed by 12/01/06. Till 13/01/06 there was no sign of anyone from VSNL. I tried calling back the same number., all in vain. I tried frantically, to reach my Dealer, Move&Talk, who on my 15th call try, responded to me by SMS from 9212111222, on 13/01/06 @ 13:06:13, "will be installed 2marrow". 3. When there was no sign of anyone from VSNL even on 14/01/06, untill 14:00hrs, I started calling my dealer and his rep, frantically, again, all in vain. Sonu, alias, Gurdeep Singh from Move&Talk would just not answer any of my calls, nor reply to my repeated SMS's (there must've been 30 calls+SMS). My patience gave way, on 15/01/06, when I located the VSNL Helpline from TATA 121 customer service, who informed me the Helpline was a paid service, which should've automatically come from Naveen Sethi of Move&Talk, at the time of registration? 4. I called VSNL Helpline-55500121, on 15/01/06 @ 12:07pm, and spoke to one Pralhad, who informed me, that in his system, it is reflecting as the Server not compatible in my area of connection (Lajpat Nagar-III). 5. My exasperation had no bounds, but what could I do on a sunday, thus I SMS'd TATA Authorised Dearler, Move&Talk, Proprietor, Mr. Gurdeep Singh, Sonu, and Amit Singh of VSNL - 92127-05236, the following verbatim: " Since what was promised to me, isn't delivered on-time?Please don't blame, if my next step is towards MEDIA, Just FYI, Thanks a lot. Rgs-Kavitabatra-55440123". 6. Guess, who responded and what? Sonu, Gurdeep Singh, The Dealer Owner, Move&Talk, responded, stating, "Mam your option" ??? Another Response, of high-handedness, "Welcome, please communicate to whoever" 7. Well, here I am, communicating to you complaints.com, to please expose this Nexus of Dealers and VSNL, by all means. In case you want any further, doccument proof, please feel free to have it collected.
