Bell & Howell 10 megapixel Digital Camera through THPSales.com

I ordered by phone a Bell & Howell 10.0 mega-pixel Digital Camera on 11-23-05 and received part of my order in 3-5 days as I was told. However, I never received the necessary software or a book or sheet of instructions. I waited a week or so to see if they were coming separately, but only 1 addendum sheet arrived.

I have called Customer Service numerous times. The first time I called they said they would send them out to me in 2 days. But nothing arrived. The next 3-4 calls to them, they told me that those items were on Backorder and they had no idea when they would be available. The Camera was purchased for the Holidays and the holidays have passed and I still don't have a usable situation. How can I get the necessary instructions and software to make the camera usable?
