Best Buy: holiday returns policy.

 

Return policy and efforts to provider any sort of customer service clearly does not exist. 5 days over their 14 day policy, on a Christmas gift, new item in an unopened box, receipt and NO attempt to offer an exchange or refund. Best Buy has NO customer service. Their managers are only programed to strictly" follow policy" and NOT provide any sort of customer service. They obviously are not concerned with satisfying the requests of customers. I fully understand policies are established to help enforce return guidelines, but is the responsibility of a manager to make the necessary decisions in servicing their customers. I have known of numerous others who have had similar situations with their "rock solid returns" policy and providing no leeway.
