Well it looks like i'm not the only one who got screwed by cigoutlet.com. Thank god i only ordered 1 carton of wintsons. My sister wanted to order some but she didn't. I wish i didn't either. Now you can't even pull up thier website. I guess it was all fake. What can we do , not much cuz i'm not sure if its actually legal since theres no tax on them.. Oh Well..
