Rebate problem.

I bought an update to their famous Toast software for Mac, V7 from V6. They

promised a $20 rebate, which I jumped through hoops to send and included

everything they asked for. I sent it to the rebate company on 9/22/05. The

latest I was to get it was 11/30/05.

They sent me a card saying I was qualified then another card the same day

saying I had sent my information twice, which is not true. They have a

horrible customer service department, no email address that anyone could

understand and if you need to contact them, it's a toll call to Canada. I

have supported every version of this software since V3 and this is not the

way to treat customers. It's now mid January and I want my rebate NOW!

Complaints to their user site has only resulted in me being silenced and

locked out. They need a clue to customer relations. I am very angry.
