Sears at Crabtree Valley Mall, Raleigh, NC
I purchased a treadmill January 15, 2006 at Sears. My friend bought one as well. We were both told by the salesperson about the ifit programs and what it entails. An online Personal trainer who develops meal plans and workouts just for you. It was the selling point and whay I purchased it. It wasn't until I got home and went to ifit.com when I learned this was $14.99 a month. We were misled into thinking it was free with the treadmill purchase. Kinda like buying a computer and getting AOL for free for 6 months. I called the store and "Mike" said sears had nothing to do with ifit and he could give me $10 off(that's right, $10 bucks) or I could box it up and return it. Which is exactly what I planned to do. I worked as an aerobic Instructor and gym manager for years and I know how to develop my own programs, but I bought this one just because I wouldn't have to. All I want is 8 weeks free. Sears could credit my account, but they would rather lose $729.99. My friend will be returning hers as well. Make sure to ask all the questions people. There is no honesty, principal or customer service out there anymore.
Thank You
