Charlie,

I just want to let you know that in the past few months you have lost OLN and LMN. Thats me and my husbands favorites and you talk about the increases but you sure the hell don't talk about any decreases for the channels that we lost or are in limbo. We are seriously considering switching to Direct tv because you guys allowed OLN to go off the air at PBR finals and that was total BULLSHIT. Just thought you should know since we have been loyal customers for 4-5 years. D. Andes Winfield ks.
