Western Union Central Office. Missouri I believe.

I was scammed in a romance about 1 year ago. I sent money through

Western Union to Nigeria.

I am after the receiver/payout records in Nigeria.

Western Union will not give me the payout records citing the Federal

Privacy Act.

Western Union tells me to file a complaint about being scammed on the

Internet with Local Law Enforcement.

Then Local law Enforcement can get the records through a subpeona.

This is the problem:

Local Law Enforcement here in Spokane, Washington refuses to take any

kind of internet fraud/complaint. This is the norm across the country.

I have wrote to my state senator, filed a complaint with ifcc.fbi.gov,

the attorney general office, and the FTC. CIA Office refuses to handle

complaints too.
