JVC-Everio (GZ-MC500us)

Hi,

I am a consumer. I ordered this cam coder through on line and when I received it I got two packages meaning two items.

I returned one item to Circuit City store in Rancho Cucamonga,CA but I got charged $211.00 for re-stocking. The Mgr seams to be arrogant and luck of cosumer courtecy.

I told him that the package was tightly sealed but when I saw original box

was not even taped and also the same as the other packaged.

I called the Circuit city online but I was pass around to all of their department and I got the same answer " we have no control of the situations".

they have no authority to give me a refund.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CIRCUIT CITY AGAIN.......
