They deal with custom telephones. We purchased a phone in September and tried to charge it in December. It would not charge. The company included no adapter OR instructions. My husband took the phone to Radio Shack and they sold him an adapter. After trying the adapter, the phone still would not charge. I contacted the company and sent the phone back. They claim the purchased adapter burned out the two circuit panels and now won't repair it unless I pay for the repair. The phone initially cost $170 + $30 in shipping to return it to them. If they would have included instructions, this all could have been avoided. Now not only will they not repair my phone at their expense, they don't appear to be willing to issue a credit to my American Express card. They are a bunch of amateurs so I warn you don't get hooked up with this company or you could be really sorry, without a phone, and poor from the purchase.
