I purchased text books from Barnes and Noble. They arrived a week late. They also arrived damaged. One $91 book had the shrink wrap removed. The removed shrink wrap was in the box with a sticker on it saying that the book can not be returned if the shrink wrap was removed. Another book’s cover was bent. I have emailed Barnes and Noble’s customer service and told them I could not return the books because I needed them for classes that had already started. I have not heard anything from Barnes and Noble. I don’t think I will ever purchase from them again and I would cautions other not to also.
