I am making a complaint against the petco in Hartsdale ny i took my yorkie in on sat 14th to have him groomed i picked him up 2 hours later my dog did not look any different then when i brought him in the only differents was his face. he smelled bad i no that he wasn't washed he was all knotted just the way i brought.the reason was that he gave the barber a hard time but are they not trained to be professions he said it was because the dog was a puppy my dog is 6 month old he should of known how to handel the problem i had to tell him to get the knots out of his hind area he charged me 40$ for nothing i could do a better job then him i was sent to petco from the breeder that i got the pup from i think i should get a refund if u would kindly call the store AND HAVE THEM GET IN TOUCH WITH ME IT WOULD BE NICE thank u very much 1914/879/0631
