Westlake Financial Complaint I have had my account with Westlake Financial for approx. 9 months. I admit that I have run into some financial difficulties, but I have never done business with a finance company so arrogant. I wish that I had never been financed with this company. I was delinquent on my account by 30 days, they never spoke with me in person, and had someone on their way to pick up my car. They wanted to know the condition and location of my vehicle. I asked them for 4 days to come up with the money and I was forced to borrow money from a family member. If I didn't give them the money by 5:00 p.m., they were going to take the car. Once again, I am behind on my payments by "37" days and they have asked to know the location of the vehicle. I asked them to extend the repo by 2 weeks and they transferred me to some pig-headed jerk. He proceeded to tell me that they would extend the payment, but that they would have to come take the vehicle until payment was received. I pleaded with him and told him that tax season was coming up and that I am currently working 2 jobs. Don't you think that I would need a car to get to work, I have 3 kids! I have to make a payment by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, the 16th. I let him know that he wasn't much help, slammed the phone down and started crying. I am trying to refinance my car and thought that my story would help prevent people from financing with Westlake. Than the phone calls began, 3-8 times aday, everyday with very rude customer service....I ask for a deferal , they refused....Im only was 2 weeks behind and they are trying to repo my truck, and the right to cure my loan......A!?HOLES.......I could understand if I was amonth or more, but not a few days?????I will never use this shit company ever again in my life time.....I feel sorry for all others that do................
