Re: replacement lid handles

This is NOT a complaint.

I would like to have two new handles to fit the 18qt. roaster oven lids. The roasters are a couple of years old, the plastic is broken where the screw goes into the main part of the handle.

Please advise me as to how to get them replaced. Thanks for your consideration.

I too have this same problem. I wrote to the company, but they just said they were sorry but have no replacement handles. Evidently this is a manufactures defect as I am seeing a lot of posts on the same problem. Has anyone had any results in finding replacement handles for their lids?
