AFNI, Inc

HELP -

I recently pulled my credit report and noticed a delinquent account for AFNI, Inc. I have never done business with this company and they list the original creditor as Cingular. I have been an employee of Cingular Wireless for 16 years and I don't owe them any money for anything. The account was supposedly set up in May of 2005 and reported to the credit bureau on June, 21 2005 ????? It was reported to the beauru one month after the account was opened ??? There is no address listed for AFNI on my credit report. Can someone help or have information on how to remove this from my credit report ASAP.
