We have a 4 yr old maytag ref.when it broke we lost everything in it.We tried to get it fixed but everyone we talked to told us a different story about parts and service.The local coustmer service no.216-267-1428 is a joke no one answers it,between my wife and i i bet we were on hold waiting over 4 hrs,thats unexcepable!!!!! the district manager jodi waldner made a app. with my wife for 1-11-06 and we had to be here between 8 and 5 well no one showed or called!!!!!!!! this man should not hold this job.at your 1-800-469-4663 no. i talked to 6 different people on1-6 06 and not one person told me the same thing.we have called the store and have been told the manager would call us .but guess what lied to once again no call.The bottom line iswho is above the people? no one will tell me!!!!!!!!! does sears care at all about its coustmers any more???????? it took 1 person talking to another to start this company or any company.But its one person talking to another that can make a company fall.PLEASE SOMEONE ABOVE THESE PEOPLE contact me .Thankyou robert walls 330-786-1282
