Office Max online order. The weekly special included an Olympus FE-120 camera, a 128 XD memory card and an Epson all in one printer. The price was $229.98. I put in the order, online December 16, 2005. The special ended Dec 17. I also ordered a 256 XD card. I used a $50 coupon that Office Max had sent to me via email. The order indicated a delivery date of Jan 4. That was ok with me. The camera and the 256 card arrived before Christmas. I called Office Max around New Years and asked about the printer and 128 card. I was told that it was on the order and that they would be shipped Jan 4. That was still ok with me. On Jan 11th, I called Office Max regarding the order. The representative said there was no printer or 128 card because I did not check "bundle". I asked what she was talking about. She said I did the order wrong. I was shocked, as I had ordered various times from Office Max online and never had a problem. I sent feedback to Office Max and got a note back that I had not indicated "bundle". I did not print the order form, but I did print the rebate forms for the 256 card and the Epson printer. I do not have proof that I ordered correctly, but it looked ok to me. Also, why was I told the order was ok, then later someone said it wasn't? I ordered based on the special price.
