Pet Power Door

I've sent numerous emails concerning this matter but I've never received a reply. So. here we go. I ordered a Pet Power Door and it was delivered after a considerable delay.

Then, after opening the delivered package, I discovered that there are missing screws. What screws are missing is a mystery since the installation instructions do not differentiate between the exterior screws and the interior screws.

With that said, I'm now going to "complaints.com" to file a complaint against your web site.
