West Wing Video set for the Third season.

As you can see from the emails below, I purchased this item on 12/31. My

credit card has been charged and the site has given me no defined time

to have this resolved. I have also, not received any response from them

since by last email.

When is very soon? I initially purchased this item on 12/31. It has

already been 10 days. When does it get to the point that I get my money

back? If this is a problem with your system, there is definite

improvement needed. I cannot in good conscience refer anyone else that I

know at this point.

Message: I purchased the West Wing Third year. I was asked to update my

credit card info., which was a Mastercard check card. I did so. It

apppered the tranaction when through, but i never received a transaction

number. I never recived the item but my checking accountwas chanrged on

1/3/2006 $26.91. I think the price of the item was either $22 or $24 and

with the shipping, $26.91. I have the bank statement proving Half .com

charged my account. I can provide the statement if needed. I have

recommened this site to numerous people. This is the first time

something like this has happened. I need help. It is very hard to

communicate a problem like this to you. Please tell me what I need to

do. Again I need your assistance. I have the proof that my checking

account has been charged, and again i have no transaction number to

refer to. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible.
