My wife and I bought the above product just before Christmas in 2003.about two months before Christmas 2005 it became faulty and in-operative. I complained at the Local electrical supplier who tested it and were unable to mend it and gave me the wholesalers details, LG Electronics.
After many phone calls and several letters which gave us a hopeful completion to our problem with this item, they have finally said they cannot help us on the is occasion. This is despite sending them a copy of an engineers report outlining a common fault that was listed on LG Electronics own bulletin board emphasising the very problem with the DVD/VCR player that we had experienced.
They state in their most recent communication quote " That they cannot give an indefinite guarantee on their products" unquote.
