problem regarding my bill m.no:- 09872024217 Dear Sir/Madam,
First of all i want to inform you that your service executive's behaviour is very irresponisble. I have a problem in my bill because of airtel person only. somebody has called me & told me about the new option that u will pay 300/- & u will get so many things . i have never said yes to him/her. but they have taken their own decision & put that service on. after that i got a bill including that 300/- . i have called to 121 asked why my bill is high than normal they told me about this 300/- scheme. i told them it is without my permission put it off . she told me ok within 24hrs it will be put off & 300/- will be deducted from ur bill. i have waited for 2 days it has not happened , i called again to 121, one new lady told me there i don't know why it has happened but i will put ur request again & within 24 hrs it will be deducted . again it has not happened. i called again a new person told me it will take time 2 days. Than today in afternoon one person called me name mr.aman. he asked ur bill limit is 800/- & ur bill is near to cross this, so pay bill otherwise it will be disconnected.i told him regarding my bill problem, he told me u have to pay this but it will be deducted from next month bill. i asked him give me in writting he told me not possible. i asked him i am not taking the services of this 300/- why should i pay , he asked me u have to pay it is company policy & we will not give u in writting that we will deduct in next month & without saying anything he has disconnected the conversation. is it service to the customer? so regarding this whole matter please tell me where i am wrong.what u think why i have to pay more. why i have to show blind faith in airtel. so plz deduct that extra money from my bill & inform me & i will pay on the same date.if u want any clarification plz call me or mail me on my id
