Displeased Customer My name is Mrs. Maxine Houston, in July of 2005 my husband and I purchased a Kenmore HE washer from your Fairfield store for about $1,200.00; I have never been satisfied with it's performance. I tried to get used to it but the thing does not clean my clothes as well as it should for the amount of money it cost. I am a 52 year old grandmother and I have been washing clothes for at least 40 years so I know what I,m doing.
I called and spoke with one of your associates today and asked if we could trade this thing in for a top loading washer because of it's bad performance. She informed me that I could not trade it in on another just for those reasons alone there would have to be something wrong with the machine itself. I have been dealing with your company for over 20 years and have never had a problem before until now. This machine is still under warranty; and I would like for you to trade it for kenmore top loading machine. Your policy is customer satisfaction always. I am not pleased and I will go to whom ever I have in your company to get the satisfaciton I deserve. Your prompt attention to this matter is expected.
