Post Paid connection

I have hutch post paid connection for the past 4 months. But from beginning till date the services have become worst.

Initially when I took the connection itself, just to get it activated, I have to follow up with them for almost 10 days.

Then came the first month bill. Due date was 20th of the month. I did payment on 11th. But they disconnected by outgoings.

When I went personally to the shop, they said I told them to disconnect, which is funnier.

Then I was told to fill a form for re-connecting. Isn’t it strange that though I didn’t give request for cancellation, it got cancelled? But for reconnection I have to fill a form then only they will connect. Next month I didn’t received the bill. I followed up for billing. Then after a week, they sent me bill.

This process continues even now after 4 months. This month again same thing happened.

I made payment on 9th January 2006. Today is 12th January 2006. Today morning my connections are barred. Though my due date for payment is 20th January 2006.

I don’t know how to deal with this issue.

Again I will be told to fill form for reconnection.

If I have made payment then why should the connection be disconnected? If it has to be disconnected, it should be after the 20th, which is my due date why at all today 8 days in advance.

I am planning to disconnect it. They are not willing to refund the advance before 6 months. WhenI asked them where its written like this. They couldn’t produce any document for this.

I want to disconnect this even if they don’t refund. Its better to have no service from hutch than this kind of painful service.
