Just a few days ago Brown delivered to my home one of your phones. I refused to accept the delivery because I never ordered the phone. I have a home phone and I have a cell phone for emergency and did not order one of your phones.

Today I received a bill for $89.74 with the above account number. I am not going to pay the bill because I did not order the phone and I did not keep the phone when it was delivered. I would appreciate your earliest removal of my name on this account and not receive another bill. Thank you in advance. Clyde Jones
