Complain against sprint PCS and his customer service

Sir / Madam,

It is to let anyone know about Sprint PCS the Big scammer I have been a sprint PCS customer since June of 13th of 2000 after number of lies I think it is time to voice out

The biggest trouble with sprint is that I called their customer service line to remove feature that they added to my phone without my approval of any kind ( I guess to increase the amount that I pay them monthly not asking if I can afford it or not) not to add the long wait before getting talk to a human, the sprint customer Rep did apologize and did remove the features and offer to give me a new phone free of charge. I told her no thank you, that My wife and I has just bought a new phone from one of the sprint’s store and have spent too many times manually transferring all that are on our old phone. She continues to say we can give it to our son who is only 4 months old. I repeated No that Just my wife’s and mine are enough, that we are not interested.

Anyways 5days later, arrive Ups guy with a package from sprint. Don’t even ask even ask what was in the package, I took the NOKIA 6016i phone back to their store in Chantilly Va. Drop in their Used phones collection box. The next day call to check my minute used Print has already charged me $150.00 for the Phone activation and additional line.

I have been calling to take it out and they are billing me another for conciliation and termination of contract. This has been going one for 2 months. What should I do? Pay for what I never, inquired about, and asked, for request, aware or approved. I have contacted them a times
