My Mattress Experience

Dear Sir/Madam:

 

I recently purchased a mattress from your store (delivery was December 17, 2005) and I am so disappointed with the quality of the mattress I received. Our first choice was to purchase our new mattress from a larger chain store or even 1-800-mattress. We opted to purchase our mattress from a small "mom and pop" chain because we thought we would get the best service and price for our money. Although other store prices were a lot cheaper, we decided to buy from you. We went into the store and upon consultation from the salespeople and Bruce himself, we picked a mattress. Although we tried it in the store by laying on it for a short period of time, it is a bad mattress for me and my husband. My husband weighs close to 300 lbs and I weigh around 170 lbs. The mattress is now sinking in the middle and is causing severe back pain for me and my husband.

 

I called the store and inquired about options and was told that once you purchase a mattress there is nothing you can do. We are now out $1,000.00 because we can not do anything with this new mattress but throw it out. I'm sending you this e-mail with hope that we can somehow resolve this problem.
