FOLICA.com Folica.com Cranbury, NJ I bought a flat iron and curler from Folica.com. I read that they had excellent customer service. I read their return policy on their website, which said that you could return products within 30 days for a full refund. I returned both items, unused within a couple of days via UPS. I have the tracking number and know that it was received a week ago. When I found it had been delivered, I emailed the company through its website to find out when I would receive a credit. I never received a response, so I emailed a couple more times before emailing directly through my email. Again no response. I called their customer service today and rec'd a message saying that all the reps were busy but I could hold on after pressing 1. I did that and got the same message again, so I pressed 1 again and the sme thing.
