Regarding Spectrum Home Furnishings:

I read complaints from complaints.com and decided to try my luck with them anyway, since their price was cheap for the dining furniture I wanted. I should've listened to complaints.com.

I ordered my dining furniture in mid December 2005. They processed my order at the end of that month. I called in mid January 2006 regarding the status of my order, and I was told it should ship in two weeks. I called two and a half weeks later and I was told that the "factory is taking too long" and I should go with another vendor.

Good customer service notifies one of such issues without the customer asking. Spectrum Home Furnishings is incompetent. I would highly suggest not doing business with this company since they are not concerned about completing business, making a profit or serving their customers.

I am living without dining furniture for more than two months now.
