NCO Financial Services Canada - My dead sisters account

NCO Financial Services Canada - My dead sisters account Today Feb 8/06, marks the two year anniversary of my sisters death. Two days ago I received a call from "Kailey" who works for NCO Financial Services. When I answered the phone, a young woman asked to speak with my sister, although I was somewhat thrown back I informed this person that my sister had passed away exactly almost two years to the day. Well, Kaileys' answer "OOHHH, SHES' DEAD IS SHE!" I informed her yes my sister was killed in a vehicle accident and asked if I could be of some help. After a few more brief words and myself getting a little angrier Kailey put me on hold. As mad as I was, and as much as I wanted to hang up the phone I held, I just wanted to blast this person when she came back on line. Then miss Kailey came back on and asked if I was the executor to my sisters will, she informed me she could only speak with that person. I told her I wasn't that my parents were, then she had the gull to ask for the phone number. "In no uncertain turns I told her would I give her my parents number" and then informed her I would take her number and have my mother call her. I phoned my parents right after hanging up from miss Kailey, my mother wrote the number down and phoned NCO after speaking with me, she asked for Kailey, whom she was supposed to talk with and the woman on the other end got rude with my mother. None the less, my mother hung up after putting in her two cents, and spurting out a few choice words of her own. Although it's only been two days since we've spoke with miss Kailey, i don't think we'll be hearing back from her. Shame though it is, I'd kinda like to let some frustration out on someone, today especially. Karen
