sir,

i have recently started using airtel broadband and opted for home500 plan initially.in nov. 2005 one of their representative Mr. shashank srivastav came to visit our nursing home and i asked my brother Dr. sanjiv verma to apply for a new connection.Mr. shashank told me that there is a new plan for few days called home 399 plan and i gave a application to him for migration to that plan (I have a receiving copy of that). every month i am receiving bills according to the old plan.Around 1 month back Mr. aakash wangnoo ,Dep. manager sales visited me and i told him regarding my problem. He assured me that next month"s billing would be acc. to the 399 plan but again i have received the bill acc. to the old plan. i talked to him today and again he assured me that it will be corrected. Today afternoon i received a phone call from airtel that i cannot be migrated to 399 plan as it is not there now and my application has not been received. mr. shashank is now not working with airtel.

PLease tell me what is my fault and why i should be paying extra money every month after i have applied for migration in time.
