My sister got me a tracfone for Christmas and I can't figure out or understand how to get it set-up. It has been activated. My number is 870-668-0298 and it should be a 501-362 number, I have a Heber Springs, Arkansas phone number in my home with only a Drasco, Arkansas address. [[[Arkansas is 'different than most states', to say the least!]]] I would like to have that changed BUT I would like to get my phone set-up where I can use it. Can you help me? I'm very technically challenged.... Old age, maybe.
