Disappointed With Sears Master Card Complaints.com I am disappointed and aggravated with a late payment fees of $40.45 on a payment of $70.19 I made on my Sears Master Card. I was late with my payment by a day or two and have no problem with paying a reasonable penalty but a $39.00 Late Fee and a $1.45 Finance Charge on a $70.19 dept is exorbitant. I feel cheated and really don’t have a recourse. Sears has humiliated me again. I’ll pay the fees and not shop at Sears again for several years as I have in the past because of less than customer friendly treatment by Sears. Please place this complaint in an appropriate place to be viewed by potential Sears “customers”. A new Super Wal-Mart will be completed near here soon! I’ll use my old VISA their.
