T Mobile T Mobile provides a graph on its customer's web page that estimates the minutes used. That tool is not working. I have used this month 296 minutes (#646#), and according to the graph, I have maybe used 50 minutes. I relied on this tool provided by T Mobile in the past, and as my last bill shows, this tool is not working properly. According to the graph, I did not go over my minutes last month, however, my last bill states that I did. I expect a PARTIAL refund on the over the limit charges.
