With ref. to subject mentioned above I would like to bring to ur attention that i purchsed the above said shoes on 5th jan 06, which i had worn only 3 times and that too in marriage. I used the polish as given by your employee, on using that the colour of my shoes changed from light khaki to brown, returning back to mumbai i handed over my shoes to your lakhandwala shop on 17th jan 06. Today 4th feb 06 when i got the shoes, though the spots and colour was removed, it was still in horrible condition as the original colour of the shoe no longer exists. On talking to the manager, he consistently said, that the material of the shoe is such that colour does not match the original, which i think is a stupid answer, I spoke to one of ur employees in Delhi Mr. Chaman, even he was stubborn in listening, and refused to replace, but still they took my shoes back for repairing. Now this is the kind of service your people will give, i dont think so you will be able to stay in the market.

I would kindly request you to please give me a replacement. Awaiting for your earliest reply.
