Unfair charges from H&R block in marble falls texas

Hi my complaint is to h & r robbers,in marble falls texas the one in lantana drive and 281

They have charge me to filed my income tax return $285.00 I’m a single mother of 2 have file for head of household

3 w2 forms , and I will espect my return in 8to15bussiness days,

And I ask the person why and she tol me that’s what they charge because is on their main office in colorado

I try to stopped and they told me is was already filed tru irs .and I been trying to get in touch with someone to do something about it , they have not get back to me since yesterday.

I can not belive this is happenig h & r block have been know for fairness but not this time I want to do something to tell people to be careful when they go there because otherwise they will be robb.
