new unit not instaled

Sir,I already have your vacum cleaner.When a representative from your co.came to sell your aqua guard I wanted to buy it.Your representative was very enthusiastic to sell the machine.He said that some one will come & do the instalation.While paying itself i told the representative that the wire conection had to be given He prommised me that every thing will be done by the instaling person.I'm a working lady who comes back late at night.When the engenieer came to fix he said that he will not do any wirie connecting job.I spoke to the representative & he said he will come with the person who will do the job.I waited.Days are going of without fixing.Now I'm asking for my money back Please arrenge for the same at the earliest.Already 10 days have passed of .I hope by gods grace iI will live with out infections & with boiled waters.
