mci

my wife is in chesterfields woman divirsion center so i got a home phone thru verizon so she can call me collect mci called me and told me they put a plock on my long distance because i never had a phone bill over a hundred dollars they said if i put down a deposit of a $100 they would take the block off so i went to verizon and put a $150 deposit she called me 3 more times after that now mci says i have to prepay for her to call me ..i mean i did everything they asked and they still treat me like crap how can they do that?
