ink cartridges for hp photosmart

I ordered a color and a black cartradge for my printer and when I opened the color package it was leaking green ink. So I got past the part of being colored green and installed the cartridges only to find out they wouldn't work. My printer acts like I have no ink and won't print anything in color and the black is a very light gray. I can't figure out whats wrong other than these are not good cartridges and I should have never gotten them reman. in the first place but I thought I would reuse instead of creating.

Maybe bad luck or just bad business, either way I will never order from 123inkjet again.
