I signed up for a two-year membership at $29.99/month. At the end of the

two years I called to see how I could cancel. This was in January 06 and my

membership was up for renewal in February 06. They said you have to send a

letter and fax it to this number. I followed their instructions. The next

month I was charged again for my membership. I called. They said we never

got your fax. That is baloney! Unfortunately I didn't have a fax

confirmation. So I had to send it again. I did. The second time the

person tells me it won't get cancelled unless I have my membership number on

the letter. I never received a membership number and I had compensated for

this by including my phone number which is what they always used when I

phoned their office. Also the first person never told me I needed my

membership number on the letter, only my phone number. So now I have to fax

the letter for a third time including my membership number but she tells me

I'll probably get charged again this month because IT'S NOT 30 DAYS NOTICE.

I gave 30 days notice the first time but someone was unwilling to look up my

membership using my phone number. Laziness!!! What an outfit! I will tell

everyone I know to NEVER sign up with this fitness company. Big mistake on

my part. Now I will have paid $60 extra for no good reason.
