Service Target Rolling Acres Mall Akron Ohio 30-745-0495 This store is relocating to Wadsworth, and they're advertising an additional 50% off red marked down items. However, when you get to the register to check out, they are not taking the addition 50% off the red ticketed items, only the orange ticketed items. When I addressed this issue with the store manager, I was told that there had been allot of complaints, but there was nothing they could do about. ( they could have taken the 50% off) She referred me to the corporate 800 # that was closed at the time I tried to contact them from the store. When I contacted them the following day, I was told that they were sorry and would document my complaint. That doesn't make up for the additional 70.00+ dollars I was overcharged at the register. Every, at the corporate office referred me to target.com/comments that won't come up on my search, that's why I'm typing on this site. This isn't the only incident I've had with them, the last shopping experience was with my son buying a cell phone. The associate came over, unlocked the case and handed him the phone that was clearly labeled $19.99, we went straight over to the register to pay, and it rung up 39.99. Once again there's nothing they can do. They can continue to do conduct business this way, because it's only a customer here and there and their sales are up according to their financial report. But BEWARE when shopping there, and pay attention to what your being charged.
