I recentlly paid my friendly Cadillac dealer $5738.68 .

I had a warranty from Extended Auto Warranty Corp of Rocky River.OH.

Curiously they now answer the phone "Ultimate Warranty".

They invoke a weasel clause in the warranty that I was not aware of until after I had bought the

$1000 policy. I believe This is a violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Further no reasonable person would inrerpet the clause the way they do.

I would appreciate some help on this bill I paid,
