My complaint is with Telecom u s a. My sister in Chicago was charged

$26.40 for a 5 minute collect call from Post Falls Idaho. I called the

number. It is a motel and they said they get calls from all over the

United States complaining of this and that it is a glitch in the system.

My sister is disabled, does not know anyone in Idaho. I called their

customer service dept. Which is apparently outsourced to another

country. The first person refused to remove the charges, the supervisor

also did. I asked for the name of his supervisor, and he said that was

confidential. Then they gave me a fax number and an address in Cedar

Rapids Iowa to contact.

This customer service stinks!!!!

I contested this on her phone bill, and will continue to challenge the

charge, but it is time consuming and frustrating.
