Service complaint - Roaming charge

This is Akhilesh J. here from dombivali, my Rs. 50 had been deducted form the amount due to wrong selection of network saying that i was out of network area but the fact is that i was here in mahape area and coming here daily for last two years now. none a single day roaming charge was chrged why this time only. i have already given my complaint to customer care executive

Just let me know when i am going to get my money back.
