Do not but from these people, they are scam artists. You have no recourse if you have a problem. They say that you can reserve up to a year in advance but when you call for the reservation they say they are all booked up. We tried to book a reservation 10 months prior and they told us that we could not. The rooms they showed us are not the rooms that we received when we booked a vacation at the very same resort that we purchased the timeshare. Buyer beware, this is not as good as it sounds. Do not buy from these people. Go online and see how many other people have been scammed by the Royal holiday group.
