Please confirm that my tv cannot be repaired. I will collect the tv for scrap. Please feedback a mail to confirm this, so that at least I can tell the TV license dept that the tv (please indicate the model & serial no) is for scrap. In fact it has been a long time that I used this 29" TV GRUNDIG.

I need your support please since the receptionist at your shop Guarda Mangia, told us on the phone that our TV cannot be repaired. This TV is hardly used (10 years ago original price LM430) and cannot understand why it cannot be repaired. I assume that it has or maybe only have a power supply/Line output transformer faulty.

Please feedback the fault that your technician had found and please keep my TV in a safe place because I need to collect it as sooner as you feedback.
