THEY HAVE YET TO COMPLETE MY ORDER FULLY. WITH 3 OF THE 10 WINDOWS DELIVERED NOT CORRECT. I HAVE BEEN TOLD

SEVERAL TIMES THAT IN 3 WEEKS THEY CAN COME AND FIX PROBLEM, WITH NO COMPLIANCE.

JUST TODAY THEY TOLD ME MARCH 26TH (4WEEKS)

I'VE PAID 2502.21 FOR IMPACT GLASS WINDOWS FOR MY KEY WEST HOME AND BECAUSE I GUESS I'VE PAID IN FULL THEY FEEL I AM NOT A PROIRITY

TO FINISH THE JOB

PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR WINDOWS IF POSSIBLE IF YOU LIVE IN THE FLORIDA KEYS.

I feel this man is ridiculous. He has no life. Really, I have a Business in the keys. I have used this window Company in the keys for years. From my experience, Pino Windows in the keys is the most qualified, and holds the longest license in Monroe County to install Windows & Doors. Every once in a while you get an out of town person you can't please for different reasons. Please disregard this past comment from this man. Every window installed in the keys has been installed by Pino Windows since 1981, and is still an active business. From my business experience, not every personality will be the same, while trying to please our customers. We business owners must stick together and continue to make people happy.

In the keys we can all just be HAPPY.
