, I tried to sign up for Incredimail and signed up just of the life membership But when I got the bill I had been billed up for The Pro version upgrade and also The Net Spy protection neither of which I signed up for, and the bill came to $53.71. When I got on the phone and sat on hold for almost a hour, and was told they could not refund the full amount, but held back the $9.95 for The Pro Version, This is not right I did not order it so why was it billed in the first place, I feel this is a set up rip off

And should be taken care of, They are protecting themselves, but not the customer. They need to redo their web sight and make it more customer friendly I am a retired person and money doesn't come easy Thank you for seeing if you can improve on this system. Email User
