Morequity and Wilmington Finance

Morequity and Wilmington Finance I accepted an offer from Wilmington Finance through Lending Tree. I specifically advised the loan officer at Wilmington that I wanted to be able to set up semi-monthly automatic payments. He said any company should be able to do it and it won't be a problem. Well, he was wrong, especially with Morequity. They won't even apply partial payments sent in semi-monthly as an "early" payment to reduce interest charges. In fact, I was told it may cause problems with posting. I followed-up with Morequity several times and still they won't take semi-monthly automatic payments. The appraisal they did on my home was inflated by $20,000; therefore, I have a house payment I cannot afford, no chance of refinancing or selling. All my equity was consumed in the loan amount with the inflated appraisal. So this is to warn everyone in search of some debt relief by refinancing - stay as far away from Wilmington Finance/Morequity as you can possibly get.
