Kozaks Discount

I ordered DVD's from Kozaks Discount and they sent me very poor quality boot legged DVDs. I returned them and asked for my money back. They never sent my money back, so I contacted them and threatened to turn the matter over to the Attorney General in Canada. They sent me a check dated Jan. 05 which was rejected from my bank. I am now going to write them and tell them I am turning the matter over to the Attorney General and Comedy Central-the DVDs were illegal copies of a Comedy Central program. Since I live in the US, they refused my credit card as payment and I sent them a check. If I had used my credit card, I would definitely dispute the charges! These people are crooks!
