Unethical and dishonest puppy sellers in Gilbert, AZ, doing business under

the following names: Arizona Pups / www.ArizonaPups.com / Cat's Arizona Pups

/ Cat's Arizona Puppies / Cat's Chihuahua Puppies

On Feb. 18, 2005, I purchased an AKC registered, chocolate-haired, "ultra

teacup" pup from Cathie and Bill Knell's website,

http://billknell.tripod.com/puppies/puppies.html (This website advertises

puppies from a cooperative of breeders). The ad for this pup stated it would

weigh 1-2 lbs fully grown. Due to its size, coloring, and registration, it

was one of the most expensive pups ever advertised up to that point, priced

at $2650 plus $225 shipping (U.S. funds).

I had purchased a male chihuahua from Cathie Knell and Bill Knell in Oct.

2003, and had been planning on buying a female from them for awhile. The

only problem I had experienced with my male is that he became sick during

his flight to Calgary, so this time I asked Cathie if she would escort the

chocolate pup if I paid her airfare. She agreed, and so on Feb. 18, 2005, I

wired the $2875 and booked a round trip flight for her. Including the

purchase price, shipping, wiring, and airfare charges, I paid over $4200 Cdn

for the pup.

On March 10th, 2005, Cathie delivered a different and much less valuable pup

than the one I ordered and paid for. The pup she delivered was almost black,

and when I questioned her at the airport as to why it looked so different,

she maintained it had simply gotten darker. Also, Cathie told me she had

forgotten the registration papers at home and would mail them to me the next

day. After returning home and comparing photos via e-mail with the chocolate

pup's breeder, Cindy, it was confirmed that I received a different pup. I

tried numerous times to contact Cathie and Bill while Cathie was still in

Calgary, but they never returned my messages.

At present, Cathie and Bill have refused all of my attempts to negotiate a

fair settlement with them. They are unwilling to admit they committed fraud,

and will not give me any background or breeder information for this pup I

received. I now have a pup which I know nothing about, have no paperwork

for, and which may not even be a purebred. This pup is now approximately

fourteen months old, and weighs approximately eight pounds (not exactly a

teacup chihuahua). I have since confirmed with Cindy, the chocolate-haired

pup's breeder, that the chocolate-haired pup I purchased was sold to someone

else.

I have a rare bone disorder called Osteogenesis Imperfecta, which causes my

bones to be very brittle and fragile. As a result, I am in a wheelchair.

Therefore, it was very important to me that any dog I purchase be tiny and

lightweight, so I saved up my money for quite awhile to get just the right

dog. Cathie and Bill Knell knew about my situation, which makes their

fraudulent actions even more upsetting to me.

It also appears that Cathie and Bill Knell have deceived others. Please

western union, money gram, DO NOT DO IT,

you will not receive whatever it is that

you are buying, from dvd's to his fake

unethical stories, etc, puppy's, he is

a scam artist, the local Indiana State

Police Have already been to his house

on more than one occasion, to collect

money that he scams from the consumer!

I am one who paid him in a postal money

order and have not received a dime yet,

I am going to pursue it until I do get my refund of 900.00. His latest rip off is listed on www.pissedconsumer.com

He uses celebrity names and pictures on his website, to LURE people into thinking he is actually Ethical,Honest,etc.

I do not have alot of money, I trusted him , and now I am

out 900.00 , I dealt with this man for 10mths thru email,no

he would NOT pick up the phone, only when I called to say I sent the payment express mail, 8 mths of excuses I received

on why he could not ship the puppy..I NEVER received the puppy or my MONEY.

He also poses as a writer, he writes all the stories on his

website, and also involved with the amnerican chihuahua association..you would think someone like this would be honest, ethical, everything he says he is, he is not.

I to this day have not rec'd my money, all I received was a bad check..isn't that a Federal Offence to pass a bad check, He must have a business license that needs to be taken away !!

Bill Knell is a crook, he is ripping people off daily on his website, praying upon peoples feelings, you really fall in love

with this adorable puppy, you pay

for it and Never Receive it..that

is WRONG.

It is a Fact I was ripped off, I have proof, their is no rebuttal
